I love love this gym. The staff are so helpful and kind if they don’t have an answer for you they will find someone to help you. I especially like the complementary training session they give you when you sign up. It really helped me to get started on my weight loss journey. . . The trainers are amazing , and very knowledgeable. The classes they offer are super fun and challenging. They truly want to see me succeed, you just don’t find that all in other gyms.
My favourite gym! The people are nice, personable and don't feel like sales people. They also support small/local businesses by giving space to table, as well as the disabled community. As a parent to someone with special-needs, it's amazing to see that this gym chooses to participate in a program that employs adults with disabilities.
The people overall are also very wonderful and diverse (in every way). There is enough space/equipment for any part of your fitness journey.
My favourite thing is the people. It's difficult to make friends as an adult but being a regular is very nostalgic in a way. It's like seeing your friends everyday =D

My name is Russell and I come to this gym every 13 out of 14 days missing no more than 3 days per month. I come to this gym because not only is it convenient for me.
staff is beyond friendly and it is a family type atmosphere that I am. Enjoying each day as I walk through the door that is perfect help me.
Crunch Aloha is a great place to workout. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They have all the equipment and machines that you need to get exercised. I recommend joining this gym even if you’re a beginner. The trainers are really helpful at getting you started on a routine that will meet your goals.
Management is SHADY!
They do not care about customers or customer retention. If they can make money even if it means making money one last time while losing a customer they are gonna do it. They do not offer to show the documents you are signing. Manager becomes suddenly busy when you need to talk. She had all the time when she was selling me the highest membership package.
The equipments are extremely basic the vibe is off. My personal trainer who I pay alot of money for was changed thrice and I finally like my trainer but everything else sucks forcing me to quit.
Any gym is better than this. Quitting the gym is like assembling ikea furniture without instructions. You have to guess the procedure cause they are not going to explain it to you when you say you quit. They are gonna keep quiet and then throw missing paper work at you. Extremely unprofessional.
They rob your bank account and won’t stop robbing you until you cancel your card. The management is so rude and condescending it’s absolutely jaw dropping. I have had a lot of gym memberships and I’ve never dealt with such an unethical crook before. If you’re thinking of joining steer clear and spend your money elsewhere. If you’re a member cancel immediately.
Not really a great place. Very worn down and small. He equipment is old, most of it definitely should be replaced. Management isn't great-they seem to not know what they are doing. I did personal training there (which was great! I love her!!), but once my personal trainer left, I had no reason to stay. There are much better gyms out there.
Well crunch fitness isn't too bad. It seems to be pretty awesome. There's a lot of kids going from the high school there. The only thing I can say for sure is that they Will definitely mess your billing up and they will for sure turn you …
